If you haven’t already received your boat registration forms in the mail, you will soon.  Stickers should be on your trailers (in the storage lot), boats, and golf carts by May 1st.  As we will be registering over 3000 boats, there are a few things that you can do to help speed up the process.

We are pleased to announce that we have come to a new lease agreement with Lotawana Restaurant Development LLC.  The owner/operators of the new tenant are Roger Accurso and Lance McFarland, both residents of our community.  Lance has been working at the restaurant for over 15 years and has 19 years of restaurant experience overall.
