Santa’s trip will start @ Lake Lotawana Association Office, then heading towards N Block, to Gates 5-4-2 & 1 and ending the afternoon in O Block.Listen for his sleigh sirens – he is on his way!!! Approx. Duration 3 to 4 hours.

Just a reminder that Fall Clean-up Day for Association members is this Saturday, November 2nd. The Martin Property will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM so you can bring your leaves, small brush, and tree limbs (no larger than 4” diameter). Fall Clean-up Day for Association members is Saturday, November 2nd.  Bring your leaves, small brush, and tree limbs (no larger than 4” diameter) to the Martin Property inside Gate 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  

As part of this fun event a Boat Tour is planned for Saturday, October 5, at 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

The boat ramp (by the Marina Grog & Galley) will be closed for repairs on Monday, September 23 all day and Tuesday, September 24 until 5 PM.
