The Office has not one, but TWO trial automation projects in process! First, we emailed the 2020 annual dues statements instead of mailing them through the US Postal Service. If we have an email address for you, we emailed your statement on December 18, 2019. If you didn’t see this email, please search your spam and trash folders for the sender, which is Intuit. As always, you have until the last day in February to pay your dues to avoid finance charges being added as of March 1st. The second trial automation project provides all members the opportunity to update contact information and sign dock registration forms online. If we have an email address for you, you should have gotten an email from OnTask on January 3, 2020. If you haven’t done so yet, please open the email and follow the prompts to submit your forms online. If you can’t find it, search January 3rd from the sender, OnTask. Please check your spam and trash folders. The more we can get returned to us this way, the more we can reduce postage costs. As of January 16, 28% of members with emails have completed their forms online and 72% have not.
If you have not found the January 3rd email from OnTask and completed the forms update process online, the email will be re-sent on Friday, January 31st. If you had started the process but not completed it, THE NEW EMAIL ON 1/31 WILL REQUIRE YOU TO START OVER.
