There’s nothing like kicking off a new year with some fresh snow! Like the beginning of any new year, a few inches of powdery, white snow and everything looks clean and fresh.

Invoice emails were sent 1/2/25 in the afternoon. Members will receive an invoice for each property owned. Remember that the Association always maintains the original platted addresses, so you should have an invoice for each of those addresses, even if you have combined lots with Jackson County.
