The Association office will be closed the following days: Thanksgiving:  Thursday, November 25, Friday, November 26, and Saturday, November 27 and Christmas and New Year’s:  Friday, December 24 through Monday, January 3. Road clearing will continue to be done as needed and in the event of an emergency please call Harold Mitts at 913-305-7181.

John, our dredge operator, just made me aware of people coming too close to the dredge operation area when the dredge is operating. They are also entering the area where the dredge pipe is partially submerged under the water. Please be aware that the dredge is unable to quickly move or shut down its operation.

The Lake Lotawana Homes Tour greatly exceeded expectations this year. One of homes on the tour saw approximately 750 people visit the home and view its beauty. The Rendezvous Quatre Boat Show was enjoyed by many on September 11th. The boat/car rides were also a big hit. Thank you to all the Participants and those who attended.
