The Association’s Annual Membership Meeting will be Tuesday, March 10 at 7:30 at the Church of Jesus Christ, Colbern Road Restoration Branch, Gate 2.
- Directors will be elected for a 2-year term from each odd-numbered district.
- The Treasurer will present an overview of our 2019 ending financial position, a preview of our finances for 2020, and a financial review of 2019 Lotawana Properties LLC (the Marina).
- Committees of the Association will report on what was accomplished in 2019 and their plans for the coming year.
We operate through the democratic process of elected representation. This is your opportunity to get to know your District Director, learn what is going on, and express any ideas you might have for improvement. See you on March 10th!
If you have a ballot to submit, the deadline for receipt of the ballots is by noon in our office on Saturday, March 7. Please do NOT place checks or anything other than the ballot in the official ballot envelopes because the envelopes will not be opened until Tuesday, March 10th.
