The culvert at Y 24 took quite a bit longer than expected yesterday, and while the new pipes are in the ground and filled, the concrete was not able to be poured. That will happen this afternoon (Wednesday the 21st) when the road will be closed at Y 24 while the concrete pour is done. It will be reopened prior to 2:30 PM school bus traffic. A 4th culvert issue was identified at Y 14 today and will result in a replacement of the pipe there (and another brief road closure during that time).
When driving in the area, please avoid the fresh tack oil – you may get it on your vehicle and we need to prevent ruts in the new road surface. Thanks so much!
