The new year is in full swing here at the lake for the Association. We have reviewed the silt pond locations and their condition to determine where we will be dredging this spring. A little less than 100 members attended the November 9th annual budget meeting. Approximately 15-20 comments or questions were raised during the meeting. John, our dredge operator, just made me aware of people coming too close to the dredge operation area when the dredge is operating. They are also entering the area where the dredge pipe is partially submerged under the water. Please be aware that the dredge is unable to quickly move or shut down its operation.

The Lake Lotawana Homes Tour greatly exceeded expectations this year. One of homes on the tour saw approximately 750 people visit the home and view its beauty. The Pre-tour event was also a huge success at Marina 27. A special thank you to Russ and Tammy McElliott for inviting my wife and me to that
