Our committee wants all Lake Lotawana owners to be very aware of two very dangerous chemicals in some pesticides that companies might use when they spray your yards (particularly around drainage areas that go directly into the lake), your sea wall area, and your dock structures! The Low Water Crossing between Gates 3 and 4 received extensive damage during the July 4th rain event.  The crossing is indefinitely closed until the Association can fully assess the damage, collect contractor bids and schedule repair work.  The Lotawana Police and LSR7 School District have been notified.  We will provide an update once a final

LLA has rules addressing work done on the parkway (common area) but has not previously had a rule addressing work done within an owner’s property lines.
