The culvert at Y 24 took quite a bit longer than expected yesterday, and while the new pipes are in the ground and filled, the concrete was not able to be poured.  That will happen this afternoon (Wednesday the 21st) when the road will be closed at Y 24 while the concrete pour is done.

We want to inform you that the Lake Lotawana Association will begin replacing three culverts on the east side of the lake on Monday, August 12, 2024. History – Did you know that our lake was formed in 1927 when the Lake Lotawana Development Company was formed, and the original plans and plat were created in 1928.  The dam was finished in 1929, allowing water from Sni Creek to begin filling the lake. The Lake Lotawana Association, Inc. will be starting the ditch cleanout for the east side of the lake from the dam to the E. Alley Road intersection. The goal is to start Thursday, August 8th. The maintenance planned will focus on digging out all materials that have filled ditches and blocked any culverts.  This is
