The Association office will close at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 8th so that our employees can attend the funeral services for Monte McLin. Please plan accordingly. The services for Monte will be Friday June 8th at the Bross and Spidle Funeral Home in Kearney, MO. There will be a reception from 5:00 to 7:00

The gas pump at the Marina is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM.  It is closed on Mondays.  The current price for gas is $3.859.

Remember our Spring Clean Up coming up on April 27, 28, and 29!  Dumpsters will be available at the Water Patrol lot (behind the Community Club just north of the dam) all 3 days, and the Martin property will be open Saturday only for yard waste.  The hours will be Friday 8-3, Saturday 8-4, and

REMINDER-2018 boat, trailer and golf cart stickers are due on your property by May 1st.  Come on in to the office soon to buy your stickers and avoid the lines!  Come in Tuesday-Friday from 9-4:30 if possible. Saturdays are busy so if you need to come in Saturday, come early! We are open 8-12:00 on

Lake Lotawana Gas Update: Effective immediately, the gas pump at the Marina is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM.  It is closed on Mondays.  The current price for gas is $3.599.

It’s time for goose control.  Geese will find all kinds of obscure places to build their nests.  We find them on docks and in boats all around the lake. If you see a goose nest on your property or in your travels please contact Dave Williams (816-875-8646), the Association’s Goose Control Officer.
