2024 Proposed Budget
You should have received your Budget and Road Reserve ballots by now, along with a cover letter and a Reserve Account Summary. As the cover letter pointed out, the Board is proposing NO CHANGE to the dues or Road Reserve assessment for the 2024 budget.
You may submit your ballots absentee if you’ll be unable to attend the meeting, but per the Bylaws, absentee ballots must be received before 4:30 PM at the Association office on November 10 to be counted. Please plan to attend the meeting on Tuesday, November 14 at 7:30 PM at the Church of Christ inside Gate 2 to see the presentation and ask any questions you may have. You may submit your ballots in person following the presentation if you wish.
Just Say NO…… to filling the ditches with yard waste
This is a gentle reminder that ditches are not the place for leaves and other yard waste. This material in the ditches prevents culverts from working properly to provide adequate drainage, and we don’t have the staffing or resources to remove it. Please make sure that your contractors are aware of this, also.
On page 35 of the Rules and Regulations:
No person shall dispose of debris, such as leaves, vegetation and hazardous liquids on the Roads, Pathways or any other Common Areas. (3 pts.)
