Dredge Pipe Safety

Please be aware that the dredge pipe may look tame but can move in unpredictable ways in a split second. It is imperative that, other than in the designated pass-through area, all persons, kayaks, and boats stay at least 300 feet away from the dredge and the dredge pipe when the motor is running. We don’t want anyone to get hurt!

Association Office Schedule – closed Saturdays for the remainder of the year

The Lot-a-Smoke fun family event sponsored by Parks & Recreation starts Friday, so the Association office will be closed on Saturday. Phone calls and in-person visits on Saturdays have been very few lately, so we plan to be closed on Saturdays through the end of the year. Please plan accordingly to communicate with us Tuesday-Friday by email or phone. Thank you!

Fall Clean-up is Saturday, November 4

November 4 from 9 AM to 3 PM will be the Fall Clean-Up at gate 1 dumpsters and Martin property for yard waste. Lake residents can place all discarded material in dumpsters at gate 1 except for:

  • hazardous waste (oil, paint, propane, chemicals, etc.)
  • 55-gallon drums
  • appliances with freon
  • tires
  • mattresses

There will be trailers to haul gently used donatable items to Red Racks to support veterans.

At the Martin property, lake residents can place tree trunks, brush, and leaves in their respective locations. (Remember that our trash hauler still takes up to 10-yard waste bags or bundles per week.)

Please sign up to volunteer for a 2-hour shift here: https://signup.com/go/uvEgOvH
